Regional revenue was down 4.6% for this year’s Top Contractors list, reaching $18.6 billion in New York and New Jersey compared to last year’s $19.5 billion. The top three contractors’ revenue has also decreased slightly, reaching $6.7 billion, down 2.9% from last year’s $6.9 billion.
