Taylor Wimpey Central London has bought the Ebury Centre site in Pimlico SW1 from Bouygues Development.

The half-acre site comes with detailed planning permission for a mixed-use development, designed by Sheppard Robson, including a mix of 47 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Main contractor Bouygues UK has recently finished piling and the vertical build is scheduled to begin in this month.

Residential sales will launch in autumn 2016, with full completion set for Q2 2018.

Ingrid Skinner, Managing Director, Taylor Wimpey Central London, said:“Pimlico has, historically, presented very few new build opportunities of this scale.

“Securing Ebury Centre is a great milestone for our business – in keeping with our strategy to create unique, high-quality projects in central London, which will attract smart investment and hold value in the long-term.”
